A planning (Stage 03) project consisting of the conversion of an existing barn into 5No. Guest Bedrooms and a manager's accommodation, located at Hembury Hill, Broadhembury.

The conversion allows for a total of No.5 en suite guest bedrooms of different specs and sizes to be created, sharing a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area. At first floor level, there is a manager's accommodation comprised of 2 double bedrooms, one office/bedroom flexible space and large open plan kitchen/living/dining area.

The proposal incorporates a contemporary design approach with respect to traditional barn detailing, encapsulated in features across all elevations. Mixture of vertical timber & zinc claddings softens the overall appearance and prominence, creating a balanced and well-considered design execution.
