Pease Pottage Nursery is a Stage 01 concept proposal, envisioning an innovative business park development on a currently underutilised plot of land south of Crawley.

The design reimagines the traditional business park concept, offering a range of spaces of various volumes and sizes, starting with small units towards the front of the site, ideal for start-ups and small businesses, and expanding as these enterprises grow towards the rear of the plot. This approach positions the development as an incubator for local businesses, providing the necessary environment for continuous development.

The development consists of several buildings of different sizes, complemented by allocated parking spaces and communal green areas. A significant emphasis is placed on reintroducing sufficient greenery, ensuring the park carries a sustainable and organic feel, rather than a heavily industrial one.
