A Building Regulations (Stage 04) project for the construction of two mirrored detached dwellings in Great Bookham.

Each dwelling accommodates four generously sized bedrooms, with spacious communal areas at ground floor level and a dedicated playroom within the loft. The design offers a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional building forms and details, expressed through red brickwork laid in stretcher and soldier courses. This approach creates a scheme that is both sympathetic to its local context and reflective of modern architectural language.

The building envelope exceeds current Building Regulations requirements, delivering energy-efficient, sustainable dwellings with long-term performance in mind.
