A technical design (Stage 04) project involving the transformation of an existing potato barn into four distinct residential units with allocated communal and private external amenity areas.

The design utilises the barn’s original primary concrete structure, which influences the building’s form and layout. The scheme features contemporary windows extending from the roof to the walls at eaves level, capturing the scenic beauty of the barn’s location.

Materials and finishes are thoughtfully considered to perform to highest standards within the site's coastal environment. The material palette draws inspiration from the barn’s original design while offering a modern interpretation that reflects the development’s contemporary nature.
